Whilst we will do our utmost to ensure that all delegate requirements are accommodated for in the lead up to the event, it would be greatly
appreciated if all delegate registrations could be received NO LATER THAN THE 04/11/19
This will allow us time to fully prepare for the event and brief the venue of requirements.
We fully appreciate that this may not be possible in some cases and late registrations will be dealt with on an individual basis, however,
please note that late registrations cannot be guaranteed acceptance, especially and this will be subject to availability of places at the time of
Should You Need to Cancel Your Place
1. Any refunds requested greater than 2 weeks prior to the meeting would get a full refund
2. Any refunds requested less than 2 weeks prior to the event will not be eligible for any refund.
Due to different penalties that may be charged depending on venues this refund policy needs to be reviewed for each meeting in the future.
The full rate is charged when delegates who are expected to arrive fail to do so unless a substitution is made.
All extra meals, accommodation and facilities or amenities booked for delegates or visitors and cancelled within 24 hours
are chargeable in full.
